Exercise&Diet

●Exercise : Swimming

I associate exercise with swimming because I like swimming. Swimming uses the whole body's muscle and has some good effect for our health.

Effects of massage
When we swimming, water applys pressure on our body. The pressure stimulates circulation of the blood. So it keep our body health.

Other a way of using
Swimming is used as rehabilitatioln because hard on the body by gravity is redused by buoyancy. So body (ex. knee) become a little hurt.

●Diet : Japanese food

The most famas breakfast menu which I think is rice, roast fish, miso soup and pickles.Japanese foods are said good for our health and a key to long life. Why do Japanese foods become key to long life? I think most Japanese food's ingredients are healthy so people become metabolic syndrome hard. For example, grain, pulse, fluit, vegetable, fish and sea grass. Those food don't contain excessive fat but those contain a lot of nessesary nutritionals.
